Behold the Lamb of God, our sacrifice, our Lord. By his own will they took his life, so he could save the world. Although you're kind, and always nice, you're lost without the Word. But you can find eternal life, through him, the Lamb of God. Nan |

I'm not a Christian, Nan...so I really can't comment on the substance of this poem, but it reads very nicely... As for those lambs....maybe you should talk to Titia LOL ~ hugs of friendship Lyra |

Lyra, -You could be a Christian you know-it's not illegal anymore. Of course, give the Supreme Court a chance, and by next week-who knows? Marsha! You're back! And admit to being a thief-well, that's the first step, they say. Toward admitting to being a ...oh, I don't really know what it's the first step to, actually. I'm just very glad to see you! Noah, You are always so very kind. Thank you. Nan |

A heartfelt poem. Good to hold firm your beliefs, while respecting other's right to theirs. Concerning all the legal hoopla of late...ridiculous waste of time and money. New sig in construction. Please maintain speed limit. |

Behold a poem for all times. Nan, this one should certainly be sent out to one of the many religious magazines that are continually seeking well crafted Christain poety. It is well written and rings so true. It's important that we stick to our beliefs in this day and age when people make it so hard to. Loved your comment about it still being legal...so sadly true. Are we becoming a communist society here or what? I still pledge to "...one nation, under God" for this country was established by people seeking religious freedom and were not for that, there would not be a United States. |

Hootowl-Thanks for your comment. You are right about so many things. A lot of people have 'one nation under God' painted on the back windows of their cars around here. Enchantress-Thanks! This poem may not be perfect, but it's about someone who is. Nan [This message has been edited by Pilgrimage (07-10-2002 11:11 AM).] |
