How many themes rumble through this how many eyes don't see how many hearts broken over bits of memories, like these |

DS I could read your metaphorical extensions all day, they're marvelous! I never really understand exactly what you're trying to say but I love the perspective I get and that's the beauty of poetry. If you co-write with Serenity then I'll have to hire a poetic language translator to understand but the cost will be worth it! Until then.... I walk there under the oaks with scuba fins on my shoulders the mist people write their grafitti with rain smell paint cans I talk to the cricket guide" I'll use that for help! Have a nice day! |

I like the idea of mist people. It reminds me of something but I can't put my finger on it. Lovely images. Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

et....thanks so much..well let me translate a bit of this for you. I was leaning on my hands and contimplating the quiet of dark before dawn...the oak trees misting and and the crickets growing quiet when I move by. scuba fins on shoulders was my brushing the overhanging limbs and swimming through the dew that marked my shirt.......I imagine myself as a leaf now, just waiting to see what god does next around me.....oh and the soldier with toy gun....when we look at our acomplishments we are so smug of the battles we have won..and when god looks at them....well you know. Thanks again ET, very much appreciate your reads. ms Kethry, thanks for your review. it is a place I think everyone can visualize from the encyclopedia of their surroundings..and yes it is a grotto of comforting thought. enchantress, hope your morning is a big fuzzy tickle skin blanket with spring farm house scents of honey spice and bisquit oven smells, thanks babe [This message has been edited by Dark Stranger (07-05-2002 08:57 AM).] |

You are so in tune... I almost wrote something similar. Yesterday I watched this tired yellowed leaf spinning in the wind. It was almost dead--but it just kept hanging on to the branch, spinning on its stem. It's amazing what we can see when we open our eyes. And you, luv, are an eye-opener!!! |

I'll just read this again and let my minds eye fill with color and light(enlightenment) Thank you for the view and hues of true. |
