How is it possible I ask myself It won't get it out of my mind It happened last Sunday a week ago Riding my invalid scooter when returning from a visit to my friend It was such a nice weather and in my heart I felt the warmth of happiness Little phaesants tripping along the road hiding in high grass What a day There were two boys on bycicles coming from opposite direction I was about to say goodbey as they do here in this section But they came straight on to me and spitted me in my face Laughing loud they went on their way And I?? I felt so humiliated I felt so dirty How could they do that to me those boys of sixteen/seventeen years old For days I felt sick couldn't eat, couldn't sleep Because I just can't understand I want revenge, but what can I do I must find peace in my heart, I must forgive them They do not realize what they've really done Written my Muys, translated by Titia Life on the internet begins at...90! |

How sad. but the next one will be polite and courteous. They still out number the piggish I'm sure. Joyce |

Oh Muys, I am so sorry that the boys were so mean to you. That was a terrible thing they did. |

Sad that this would happen...I have to believe that those that show such disrespect will sooner or later get their just reward...James |

Dear Muys I read Titia's post about this and I have to tell you, I wanted to respond but it pissed me off so bad, I didn't know what to say. I can only hope that when those boys grow up a bit, they will remember that day and just maybe, they will realize what they did. And when they do, I hope they feel like #@&% about it and wish they could find you to apologize. Please don't stop riding your scooter through the countryside. I'm still waiting for you to take us some pictures! Forgetting all I'm lacking |

Exactly.. People sometimes never realize the impact their mindless actions have on people. enjoyed the poem and the lesson I will not bend to the cowardice of a silent judgement. |

This is so infuriating. But please know they did NOT win--they tried to take your dignity, and they did not succeed. You are obviously a lady of grace, and I wish I could "undo" that day for you. Hugs to you, dear lady. |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Muys, this is so very sad, sweet friend, I know just how you feel too and wish there was more you can do yet I too feel that turning the other cheek and wishing for peace is also most important, althogh what they did was very wrong and you don't deserve to be treated that way and I bet soon they will reflect on what they did and feel guilt! (sigh) My heart goes ot to you, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Muys, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you!
