deep in the wilderness play dizzy sounds of distanced drumbeats almost dazed verily confused sunburnt by the wild heat of the moment crazy drums sounds haunt the head music is his only soulmate yet he is hungry desiring to be unfaithful almost as if what he has is not enough forever wanting more shaking body movements as his hands pounce and grab on his drums even the zebras and the giraffes are still almost dazed verily confused themselves by the wild beat of the drummer the past is a memory almost forgotten like a photograph misplaced in one of the old, dusty books that lay in the back of the shelf of the library waiting to be picked up by someone else and to be scratched all over again and Rober Plant screams through as the radio blasts in unforgettable lines of Led Zeppelin songs and the drummer’s beats go farther away almost dazed verily confused and disappearing soon, the craze shifts to me as I hit my thighs to the beats of ‘whole lotta love’ for the full 6 minutes and more of it and my ears listening to the guitar scratches melodic and majestic just like Page ah! my hands hurt, my thighs too but I almost scream Long Live Rock N Roll almost dazed verily confused and then I think I was born in another time about 30 years too late (but then, better here than never, eh?) ***** Due credit to Led Zeppelin (Page/Plant) for the title from their song "Dazed and Confused" and reference to "Whole Lotta Love", another Zeppelin all-time great song... |

the past is a memory almost forgotten like a photograph misplaced in one of the old, dusty books that lay in the back of the shelf of the library waiting to be picked up by someone else and to be scratched all over again ===================================== Very cool write of imagery and sound Sud!! your first verses created the mood and tempo perfectly. You werent born too late...youre right on time. Thats why they call them Classics..."oldies but goodies" *L* For me it was the "Physical Graffiti" album... who wouldnt have been taken in by "Kashmir" Unique and clever write ... rock on Sudhir sir We wish ourselves beautiful ... and cry in the night. |

Thank you very much, James and Janet... and of course there is probably none better than Kashmir and Stairway to Heaven from Led Zeppelin... Page and Plant are classics in their own right... Regards, sudhir |

I do believe I loved this..and it should be read more. I will not bend to the cowardice of a silent judgement. |

Sudhir Some great references here to the Zeppelin titles.....Jimmy Page was and is an amazing guitarist......The intro to this is most interesting! I really enjoyed the read! |

I love this one. Led Zeppelin inspired a very good poem here. And why not? I love them too. Nan |
