Nuzzling Fire I feel some nymphs nuzzling fire Stirring embers of my desire The ID of me is breathing hard The inner door has dropped its guard. The core has burst the bounds of awe And gone beyond it’s fragile store. And I am high and dry an Isle In the middle of a wile The shell is withered worn and torn Cursing time with heavy scorn. Raving mad and jaundice sad Dreaming dreams that I’m a lad. Oh my lord what I would plough To know back then what I know now I’d set my world a forest fire And blame it all on fools desire. But life is not a boomerang And what is left is pure harangue. |

Seymour darling heart good morning dear friend, this is magnificent but you know that don’t you? Well, you should do, since you NEVER write anything that is anything less. Always your writing displays excellence in its flow, form and content, and I love each daily write, some however are extraordinarily brilliant in their construction, they possess an extra sprinkling of magic, this is one of those times. This is utterly utterly perfect, and YOU KNOW I LOVE IT, I love it utterly utterly utterly. You darling heart are an exquisite writer, and this is a fabulous poem. Marsha blows a kiss, and smiles Love and warm stuff As always Mushy Breathe through the heat of our desire |

Hey...this is really good Sy.....yanno, if I could be a boomerang, I doubt I would go back....too many memories and bad times....now, If I could choose to where I went back to...then I'd probably be Bill Gates with a gun by now.... |

Good Morning - Viciously hot and humid here in New England today. We Northerners are not used to this kind of weather! This is Marge Tindal stuff!! I love this poem and I learned a new word today thanks to you. 'Wile' I had to look it up in the dictionary. You 'cunning' fox you! Hugs, Marti " My wrinkles are badges of courage and reveal that I am a Mother." |

Randy roars and Randy rages Spits desire's fire upon these pages Ranting of the nevermore Cantations of inner core and store Bellows of what has not held true Churns and burns for all he's yet to do Wastes his wile upon dreamers schemes Raps with rhymes of regret's theme Let him stomp and spout and roar Let him return to where he's been before The age old question of "If and When" The infinite quest of "If I had known then" We all must learn this lesson well Hell fires burn with regret when a dragon dwells ~~~~~~ I see Randy's stole Sy-babes pen again When will he learn he cannot win. (He needs to dig the skin hes in) Realize thru Sy's eyes of wise ... he already holds the prize. *winkiewinkie* a for Randy too [This message has been edited by Janet Marie (06-27-2002 11:14 AM).] |

Sy Hard to follow Janet Marie, she sees the clarity of the beast and man...they are both to my liking, too. |

(sigh) Oh Seymour, you impore the dark side of passion so powerfully here, sweet friend, life is indeed not a boomerang for it is not all just a parabola but more of a snake-wind path of many adventures! (big hugggssssss) This is excellent, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Oh my lord what I would plough To know back then what I know now Heavens, yes. *S* But would I make better choices? Have I gained wisdom with my years or just wrinkles? *S* This is wonderful, Seymour... I loved the title and the poem lived up to the title's promise. *S* |
