So here's my challenge. Write a poem around these lines: Time to celebrate too lost in the cliché of goodbye to drink to the night, so here’s to you and all your lies. It's a few lines from my newest poem and was just wanting to see what others would do with them. You don't even have to use them word for word, just the general idea. |

It's just a thought and she thinks too much too lost in time to celebrate too lost in love to win I could never find you but you were my only friend there's no time left for goodbyes and tears, soggy hugs and kisses, no time left to drink to the night to celebrate life where do I go when you leave me I'm alone So, really, here's to you a toast, she'll raise her glass too stuck in time too lost in the cliche to know absolutely anything same cycle of words same cycle of life So here's to you and all your lies your golden promises, little boy, the night will hold you as the wind sing sweet songs of goodbye. |

WOW! I love this! Anyone else want to give it a try? * For all the words of tongue and pen, the saddest are those, "It might have been." * |

The strawberry burst. Time to celebrate as you take in a bite, too lost in the cliché of goodbye to pay attention. Another strawberry perhaps? or peach to drink to the night? So here’s to you and all your lies! my cocktail of ordinary fruits that entwine you to stay. |
