.... We all love to write about inspirational things. Love, honor, ... things that make us feel good. I suggest that we take a walk on the "other path". Write about something that makes you uneasy, something that chills you to your core, test yourelf, push yourself poetically. Suggestions 1) Try to put yourself in the mind or "soul" of an imfamous person. 2) Put yourself into the mind of a victim of some hideous event 3) Imagine your own death poetically. I shall repost my poem "I'm So Sorry" as an example of what I'm thinking, but I shall also try to produce a new answer to my own challenge. I suppose these should be posted in the "Dark Forums". So lets go folks. No one ever listened themselves into trouble. |
