Don't know whether any of you have noticed but there are heaps of children's books these days.
And you can always find ones saying how great Dad's are, but you cannot find them about Mum's [Mom's in the USA

]. My challenge is to write a short poem that could be converted into book form about the wonders, virtues and love of mothers...
eg as follows from the kids book 'My Dad'
He's alright my Dad,
My Dad isn't afraid of ANYTHING,
Even the Big Bad Wolf!
He can jump right over the moon,
Wrestle giants,
And win the father's race on sports day.
Etc.
And the ending.
I love my dad,
And you know what?
He loves me!!

So my challenge is to write a poem about Mum's (Mom's) so we mothers get equal recognition.

I was actually hoping it'd appeal to all... It is so hard to come up with new and interesting challenges!!
