Heartache’s Seeds
By Larry Chadwick

Our tears have mingled in pain,
Experiencing the loss that we shared.
Frozen by that moment in time,
Grieving that cannot be compared.

A heartache that we have known,
Will bond our hearts through grief.
A tie that will never be broken,
Not even when offered relief.

The foundation for harder times,
That strengthens our resolve to endure.
Let’s sprinkle today with tender moments,
So that love our future we may ensure.

For our time is fleeting we know,
Not to be wasted on selfish needs.
Instead, let’s invest it in others,
And we’ll benefit from those deeds.

Let us sow while we are able,
That we may reap when we are not.
And in the mean time let us,
Thank the Lord for what we’ve got.

Every now and then you write something that makes me stop and be serious for a minute.  (But just a minute)  This is a great poem, Larry.  And a timely thought for me.  Thanks.

(smiles) Yes, yes, I too believe that we will all endure heartache, but also I hold content in heart that it is only to help us grow stronger and to educate us and that He will bless us with so much beauty that enshrouds us everywhere! (big hugggsssss) This is excellent wisdom, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Larry, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Hello Larry

Such an important message you have given us through your words.  Too many of us are self absorbed and don't bother to take the time to think of the needs of others.  I firmly believe that the more we give the more we receive.

Take care.......Sue

Larry,

YES..we must look ahead and think of that
which we have,  that which we were given
by her presence for the years that she was
with you.  Those are things to be thankful
for...  And I know that is how Ginger
would have wanted it to be...for you, your
family....for all of us...to go on with
our lives,   and deeply treasure those
memories we have been given...

God Bless all of you...

Larry, such profound words written over a month ago...
I am finding it very difficult, as many of us here are, to find the words to express
our deep sympathy to you and your family.
Yet, who is it that is here, speaking, consoling, comforting, being strong?
You Larry..and I hold you in highest esteem, your behavior, confidence, demeanor and most of all, faith...is teaching us all the meaning of the word 'integrity'.

May God Bless and Watch Over You and Your Family.
