The pendulous beauty of the fuscia hangs free So many lovely baskets of flowers surround me The snapdragons yawn to the sun as they wake As birds look for nectar from the flowers they take A blackbird stops to rest on the birdbath and sighs As he splashes around before he takes to the skies The water flows freely from the face on the wall As it cascades into the water feature a lovely sound is born So relaxing is the sound of water running free Especially in this garden such a lovely place to be The white butterfly bush with its flowers so sweet Sways gently in the breeze nearby the garden seat The cupid with his harp gazes down on the blooms While high above him the bird of paradise leaves loom They arch overhead and so majestic is this sight As the day starts to close with the coming of the night A welcoming seat in the garden awaits me Where I can sit and relax beneath my beautiful birch tree As I sit here and dream all my senses are set free There is no other place on earth that I'd rather be So much color and beauty to SEE Songs of the birds to HEAR Sweet fragrance to SMELL Soft velvety petals to TOUCH Sweetness of the apples to TASTE Suetang |

As I sit here and dream all my senses are set free... I feel the blush of the garden as I read your beautiful thoughts. Summer has come. ThisDiamond |

Suetang, It is so sad to see a poem as beautiful as this, fall with so few having read its message. Time to be reread. Dawn |
