I wrote this in frustration with several events in my life and not having any power to change things. Someday I will change one item in time. A coin of thought spins out of control Heads you say tails it will be The splash of dried tears desert me Reverberations echo in bounded walls Money of promise bankrupts your purpose Emotional wealth lays in the pills bottles Gambling your life away in lotto tickets Government taxes your loss Jails fill with people hoping for simplicity Judges stand above you taking your survival away A coin reaches the bottom of your purpose It lands on your side As the water splashes you in a baptism Of heavenly blessings as angels sing only to you The garden blossoms for your eyes only In the simplest of ways Wealth has been reached With the pennies within your pocket Your meal lies in natures offering As the animals cuddle your existence The rainbow crosses your sky Now everyone thinks you have gone mad For you dare to smile In the prison term they sentenced you to While you find the ultimate judge Has given you special drugs That heals your existence Until you reach His gate That poverty can buy I toss a coin for you What way will it land In the endless passage of time My prayers will fly with it My words will fade Hoping you can find your special smile And that those eyes will be blinded In seeing special things That will smile with me I toss a coin every day For a humanity in peace In the handshake that shares hope That all can get together In my spiritual wishing well Of all religious believes Oh Israel let your Palestinian children live in peace do not sentence them to a place of no hope. You can bulldoze their physical existence but you can not bury their prayers. Israel you know of struggles too harsh in your history and you now stand with the power to destroy. Palestinians it is time to shed an enemy and curb suicide mentality. Let both your head warriors go to fight each other in their losing battle. After they tire of each other let history take its course. What can I do? Nothing, but toss my coin in the ring and my prayers with a special smile. Can this survive, only if you toss your coin in your faith and pass it on? But my words ring too shallow for many people of all faiths. "I toss a coin every day For a humanity in peace In the handshake that shares hope That all can get together In my spiritual wishing well Of all religious believes" (tears fall down my cheeks) My heart joins you in your praers, sweet friend, it breaks my heart always to see so much violence in the world and segregation and I only wish, especially for the Israelis and Palestinians, that we can all settle our differences and find peace in one another and love and share what the world has for us all! (BIG HUGGGSSSSSSS) This is sad but hopeful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you!
