I’m scared to sleep
Dreams are truth
I watch the clock
It refuses to stop

I’m scared to sleep
Tomorrow I will face fears
But for now
I am awake

What good are you TV
Dwelling thoughts don’t have commercials
I’m scared to sleep
I wish someone would call
Its nice to catch up with happiness
Times were good then
I slept well
I am scared to sleep

The sox won today
I’m unusually indifferent
Something needs to change

When will this end

I do know what you mean though Kev, I've been there too, many times. Usually a nice cool glass of wine works to relax and turn off the mind for a while...

I love this.

I love the logging of internal thought. For anyone who has ever been there, it adds to the intensity.

and hey, I'm scared to sleep too.
