Awake Outside A Dream A thousand yearning dreams await For I not once have seen true light In eyes so sorrowed by so many To fight a constant endless plight The sound of wisdom faintly sings A long forgotten melody Trying so hard to pierce a soul A desperate soul in agony A thousand yearning dreams await Winds corrupt a peaceful sight Prospect not a constant torment Embrace the dream that might |
