She's a satisfying mess. She has buttery breath. The way she looks at the sun. Black butterflies have a way of landing on her shoulder. She pulls a piece of sky like taffy and leaves it on the door. All that color. She's a satisfying mess. She has buttery breath. The way she cries I come undone. She sticks like salad and popcorn. Lines herself inside my jaw. Eyes are nothing but iris. She leaves them by the door. All that color. She's a satisfying mess. She has buttery breath. The way she shivers in her fun. The way she holds a clock. Like a summer stone. Supple fingers -- she lets it go. It flies apart by the door. All that color. She's a satisfying mess. She has buttery breath. The way she simmers makes me burn. And her hair all wrapped in bubbles. Trails a train of vases. Pressed flowers made of onyx. They grow there by the door. All that color. She's a satisfying mess. She has huttery breath. Bread the way a sandwich can learn. And it was last night. I think it was last night. The moon was high and she was low and last night against the door. All that color. She's a satisfying mess. She has buttery breath. She smells like cinnamon fern. |

YAY!!! Oh Mike, I'm so happy to see you again, we have all missed you and your wonderful words so so much! (BIG HUGGGSSSSSS) Fondness for someone can always be a mess indeed but rather one we always want to keep around in ecstasy! This is fabulous, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Mike, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

Never seen so many lines I wish I had written... This one's my favorite of yours, Mike, without a doubt |

Hey YOU! Balladeer said it for me (not only did I read so many lines I wish I'd written, to my chagrin, I also found a reply I wish were mine...) I've been away for awhile, but if this is an indication of your level of writing? Well, I hope we BOTH stick around. Love you my friend! |

Glad you all enjoyed, and glad to be back. My life's gotten busier since I joined these forums two years (!!!) ago, so I'm not going to be able to reply to everyone individually anymore, but if you send me an e-mail (b_squirrel@hotmail.com) -- this means you, S'en, I'll make sure to reply. Here's to many years. Mike |
