I am here in my apartment I have lied to myself Telling myself that I can move on Why don’t I walk away? Literally I am walking in circles wondering Kitchen, dining room, living room, kitchen again Over and over again Why can’t I show you? One day you show me you still care The next, I have no idea A one-two punch I cannot avoid Are you testing me? I have lied to you too I told you I was fine Showing you a false smile every time I see you Are you pushing me away? Why do I play my self like this? I have tried everything to help you Taken every step to fix things without a light to guide me What about the people I have hurt? Running away from those that care for me Not taking any advice giving All for the sake of being with you From this all I can figure that I am Foolish Telling myself that I can move on Misguided Over and over again Helpless A one-two punch I cannot avoid Liar Showing you a false smile every time I see you Blind Taken every step to fix things without a light to guide me Lost All for the sake of being with you Lost There's a peace inside us all |

Oh, don't you just hate feeling so lost. I maintain that it is at lest partially the other person's fault, it sounds like you are taking all the blame for your situation. I'm lost over here, too. Peace Sandra |
