[In my town, it's RiverFest weekend, and I sort of get carried away by the enthusiasm, so please, join me...]

How to Watch a RiverFest Walker

the fun of her
will be bubbling
all over the park,
people will
hear laughter
and look, to see the woman
in large earrings,
summer black top,
light blue jeans
with pegged legs
weaving magic
with her smile

they will watch
her wiggle in giggle
as the sun stings her cheek
and warms her welcome

amid the music and the stream
amid the forest rainbow green
she will oh and awe it real
she will touch and sing and feel

she will be the one
who dances as she walks
grand stand talking with her hands,
the birds envious,
for it's obvious she
is in flight,
tho wingless

oh its a good day
to be a man
doing the RiverFest watch,
eyeing a woman bubble...

ROTFL, at the last line. It is a beautiful day here too, and I just came back a few minutes ago from a three mile walk with Skippy dog. What an enjoyable read!
Enjoy your RiverFest, bubbles and all!

My, my....what greets the eye?
Is just the Sun bubbling cheer
Is just the woman of no fear
Is just Karilea,  trying to fly...

YAY!!! Oh my gosh, I just know how excited you kust feel, last Memorial Day weekend up in Boulder, Colorado we had our own River Festival, it was delightful: there were galleries of glass-blowing, kettle-corn popping, rubber-duck races, falafel stands, puppies promoting hats, it was wonderful! (sigh) This is gorgeous, sweet friend, have so much fun there, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karilea, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Oh, Lyra!  I took pics today...there will be much more to capture tomorrow...and I'll be sure to take extra film!  So much to enjoy!  We got the rain out of the forecast early this week - so everyone is having a wonderful time!  There were [remember, small town here...] 12,000 last night for the opening Festival Jam...that's a fair turnout for a small town....
