She Loves
Me Still

Oh my what
a marvelous thrill
to hear her say
she loves me still.

Perhaps love is stronger
than I have given it credit for.
Just when it seems
like love is going away
love comes back
to give me some more.

Thank you dear God
that my love lives
to see another day.
For I would not want to live
if my love were to die
and fade away.
