I need yr Calgarian sunlight.
I need yr taste across my face.
I need you like a cardboard sunset.
We trip over the strings in our grace.

I need yr empty arms around me,
filling us both up with the stars.
I need to kiss yr eyelined corners.
Over here there's just too many cars.

I need yr rain upon the window.
I need yr scissors to cut out.
The shape is malformed in my tremble.
But it comes out.

I need you like a cardboard sunset.
I need to get all loosened in the strings.
We tie up all our regret worries.
And for a moment seem to capture wings.

I just wanted you to know
that I just wanted you to know.
And I just wanted you to know
that I just wanted you to know.

She said burn ... together.

I just wanted you to know
that I just wanted you to know.
And I just wanted you to know
that I just wanted you to know

Hey Squirrel...where ya been?  Not that I've been around much myself.  Is it very scary that I understand this poem completely?!?!

I'm falling even more in love with you

I took the scissors
cutting edge
and made the jagged beautiful
I took a knife
and carved a ledge
I sawed the yearning, dutiful...

splendor rays
that reach to none
slendor days
reach no one

arms that reach eternity
a sun down's dance upon the beach...
