Drama box set as a bench
collected artists there to fence
in the middle of a homeless run
Marcus runs away,
his confidence undone.

He needed love from his father
knew he had to protect his mother
felt short changed
because dad abandoned
left him to face life
second handed.

Drama box moved to another position
Marcus ran to find consolation
a homeless man offered him a thought
that life's lessons are hard taught.

he broke from tradition
armed with new munition
his life synched
with a drama box set on stage
all life's woes
what a rage!

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Martin, this is sooooo very sad, sweet friend, it saddens me to see so much drama in this world and parents not satisfying the needs for their children and offering them the love they deserve so much! (sad sigh) My thoughts are with much of the youth of the world, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Martin, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Interesting work here. The drama and the box... neither has a home, does it?
Always a pleasure to read you. ThisDiamond

Noah,

some children face the street because of parental divisions, unfortunately.

Lyra,

yes and some well educated people burn out and end up as vagabonds...their stories go unnoticed!

Diamond,

That Drama box too is just that cube used to create a minimalistic setting on stage..it can be used as a table or chair...so true that family dramas sometimes throw kids to the streets idem for the cartons we use for moving!
