Aphrodite

Of whom once more I dream and write
My mist of day and fog of night
That whispers in each little breeze?
And daily gives my heart a squeeze.

She strays above the clouds of white
And stays no net that I can write
She wonders in a gray insist
Yet will not stay the lift of mist

A butterfly of daunting pour
Aura borealis awe
Syrupy roving fingertips
Whispering hot sensuous lips.

Lifting me unstable orb
Beyond a dream I can absorb.
Transients my spirits day
Takes my evenings breath away.

Aphrodite Goddess above
Have mercy on undying love.

Merci...
Granted...
indeed...

that you would write
of whom we adore
is what passion
is about, and for

I love your muse...

Could those lines be ANY cooler?
methinks not.

Thy muse is born of cadenced kiss
inspires in thy pen verses of bliss
romantic recall in rhymed reminisce
so you know I would be remiss ...
if I did not shout ohhowilovewhenyouwritelikethis.

Seymour darling boy this is truly stunning writing. Always your words flow with hearts sighs, your voice floats through the starry skies like angels breath. And this not just soft whispers on the edge of night but it’s purely beautiful
I truly believe this is one of your best utterly utterly perfect

You did pick up my subtle nuance of affection there didn’t you? I love this utterly

Absolutely excellent work you never disappoint me Seymour, I know I'm going to be entranced by your wonderful writing

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire
Oh

Excellent poem, I have read poem that are
of a similar nature, but none of them caught
my attention and kept it like yours. You are
a truly talented writer my friend, and I
look forward to reading more of your work.
