As comfy as spandex with an XL t-shirt, Our relationship often times seems effortless; Yet, The spandex can be a tad suffocating, Exposing rolls which were not before and Decreasing circulation to rather important parts. And that XL t-shirt doesn't always cover the Imperfections we'd prefer pretending didn't exist; Still, I would choose the "almost always" comfort Of dressing in you, regardless. ~Sydney McLean |

LOL, I really enjoyed this one. I live in T- shirts, layers of sweaters, overcoats, longjohns and sweatpants half the year, and the other half, I wonder how I accumulated those little rolls that don't quite stay flat anymore. But I also realize there is more depth to this poem than a fashion statement. Well done! |

Thank you for sharing this one with us, Sydney... I love the reality of it. Its so true, when we get used to wearing loose clothing, we never notice the little bulges creeping up slowly. ~ big t-shirt hugs Lyra |

Hi there I really like the way you've written this and used the imagery of clothes! Enjoyed it very much tonight. |

And my guess would be that the "almost always" is certainly the right size... fit and feel... |
