High wire On a thin bare wire Stepping ever so gracfully Balance is the rule Trapeze Flying without wings Dance a ballet in the air Timing perfection Clowns His grease paint hids all Every night he makes us laugh We don't se his tears Riders Elephants and horses Parade with riders on their backs All dressed in glitter Food Forget your waist Just eat it with a diet coke Heart burn is a myth Cages The bars depress me Fat lazy lions and tigers Their roars sound tame Human cannon ball Big silver cannon Slowly sliding down the bore Streak in a smoke puff Dream When I was a child I yearned to join the circus troupe I would be a clown paladin |

Awww thanks Bob!! Challenge met poet sir! When I was a kid I wanted to be a flyer on the trapeze... I wished I had wings, and could fly. My father made my sister and I one, four feet off the ground...cement ground that is... strange family...LOL. *What! No magicians in your circus? * Thanks again...and HUGS! ~Somewhere in my heart I'm always |

(smiles) Awwwwwww, this is sooooo lovely, sweet friend, I think when we are all young we always wonder what it is like to fly, and it is always sooooooo beautiful of a feeling to see the circus and watch the next best thing! (sigh) This is wonderful, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Robert, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you!
