A Little Light That Shines

It's not just the way she smiles,
it's the way she touches my heart.
Theres a little light that shines
I knew it from the start.

She, so gentle natured and sweet
but watch out when she gets mad!
All I need do is think of her
a smile chasing away my sad.

I reflect upon the pictures
so small, when just a baby,
a mothers heart warm with pride
she is quite the little lady!!

She paints my world with love
while brightening my every day,
for giving me this precious angel
thanks to our Lord I pray.

for my April

Like a red brick,
in a white wall
somebodies brush
forgot to paint...
lonely....(as sung by Tracy Lawrence..)

Nothing like a little girl to make you smile. This is sweet.
