I'm a train who run
along my track everyday,
an athlete who can race
continously around the track.
Though some think routine is boring
and practices are endless,
I continue to run
as though I'm running for survival.
Along my way, I meet new faces everyday.
I recognize same old passengers.
Some run with me for a while before they run off;
some pass me by without a word.
I'm excited about changes of the landscape.
One may not notice the difference
unless the person compare the view ten years ago.
I recognize some familiar outlines of the city;
and whenever I gaze at them, I've new feelings.
My body and mind grow in understanding
with the outlines and passengers
that I see and I meet
when I run along the track
everyday.
