Did We Follow Yonder Stars Too Far

Did we follow yonder stars too far,
Trying to reach that rainbow bar?
A whimsical kiss of heaven felt,
A flight of delight, gloriously dealt.

I combed through intellects of space,
constellating for clues vis-à-vis this case.
A condemnation of minuscule travel,
Ventured by a heart that has met a gavel.

Conical, and banishment deprive a soul,
Dressing eyes, a rainbow of tears its toll.
A love once etched, like stencils on a wall,
One sided, an imagination determined to crawl.

Believing, and retrieving lies built upon sand,
A collapsing universe, not written to understand.
Small intense candle, never choosing to burn out,
Yet extinguished, by one who chose to cradle doubt.

Bellowing memories play tetherball in my mind,
Sometimes remembering that you were quite kind.
Bewildering my thoughts, making me unsure of me,
Wondering, when sandcastles of you will set me free.

Tinkers of hope shower me each day I awake,
Knowing the ground I walk upon can never be fake.
Only imaginations can garner a dreamlike scenario,
All painted in hues, and orchestrating tales in stereo.

Spill me out of your chalice of token make believe,
Let my liquid assets dampen your desired relieve.
A stain of gratitude I leave as a contribution of love,
Never again I’ll illusion my mind to fit like a glove.

Did we follow yonder stars too far,
Trying to reach that rainbow bar?
We didn’t anything, it was just I,
For I saw you, and I tried to fly.

Love and warm stuff
As always

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire
