Oh God we're falling.
Oh God we're falling to the earth.
Oh God we're falling.
Falling down to add to ocean's birth.

Oh God we're falling.
Oh God we're falling to the sea.
Oh God we're falling.
Losing shape as Thetis swallows me.

Oh God we're falling.
Oh God we're falling shining flames.
Oh God we're falling.
Ancient sun of fire's drowning shame.

Oh God we're falling.
Oh God we're falling.
The wind is calling.
Oh God we're falling.

From beneath the waves.
I see her shape of being.
The rain can't be felt.
From beneath the waves.

From beneath the waves.
The view that I am seeing.
Squall line dislodge kelp.
From beneath the waves.

From beneath the waves.
No one left is fleeing.
Dissolution can't be helped.
We become the waves of leeing.

She said burn ... together.

OH how I love when you wail.
angst & imagery wrapped in rhyme...
Sing us the blues baby..(do ya play the harmonica?)

How long can a girl be haunted by you ...
Soon I'll grow up and I wont even flinch at your name.

The rain can always be felt
no matter how deep we go....

I would love to hear this one, reminds me of Bob Dylan actually.  Can you hear it?  Love that repetition, it works, it really works.

You have such a wonderful way with words, Mr.Squirrel....I would like to treat you to some of my special acorn pizza one of these days.
that is...if you will be seen with a lowly chipmunk

Heh heh -- I get along with chipmunks just fine, Lyra.   I'd love to. Shall we say that big oak in the back, around 6?
