In times of pain hearts will reach out for you
I'll offer you mine if you want to use it too
No words will express what we feel, we say
Still so many comforting words came your way

Last night I was outside late, rather early morn'
And I watched the East, where the sun is born
A deep dark red horizon appeared to lit this day
In silence reflecting on clouds in a beautiful way

And I thought, this is where her spirit will roam
In beautiful sunrises she'll find a new home
And she'll be with you while spreading her light
She's in the sun when it is shining on your side

And then when evening falls and she will disappear
Then Larry, her light will shine softly upon us here
I'll say 'Hello Ginger's sunrise, you're welcome to stay'
She will, untill she returns to you again by end of day

That's what I thougth dear Larry, standing there
She will shine upon all earth people everywhere
She will be there in every sunrise mankind will see
Spreading her warm light upon all others and me

Titia, this is ever moving and beautiful...my eyes are starting to fill and I wish that I could offer more to Larry than just mere words. I thank you for sharing this with us and him.

Titia, that was the biggest knuffle for Larry with so much love and compassion. He is definitely going to feel the love you are sending across the ocean to him.

Inherent to my last poem 'Soul connection', I feel we are connecting all here on the internet in a beautiful way in giving Larry and his family all the love and comfort possible.

Although I may live at the other site of the globe, I feel very close to you all in this moment.
