In the divinity of creation and destruction Floating from deep within the mind Reflecting on the puzzle of existence In a world unique to one The universe of who I am Crowded in mists of unknown meanings In retreats we gain solace to gain perspective Internal bandages heal the bruises of living Seeking the space to fly within On wings of aspirations in wild imaginations Gaining strength in revelations We piece together the comfort to move on In the confidence of purpose Invigorated we fly out of our shell Getting wasted by the minds of others restricting In sanctuary reevaluating The special made garden in sorrow That blossoms so much inside But wilts so in the beating heart of reality But the struggle inside in introspection Continues on its course of inspiration In the creativity of one we reemerge To conquer the doomsday seers To blast them with the confidence To take one day and multiply it into success Thereby making it exponentially clear That your ambition will clear the barriers And your mind can float free On both plains of life Smiling in confidence Email me at [email protected] D.Lester Young (05/19/02) Tuscaloosa, AL Copyright © D.Lester Young (White Eagle poetry) http://www.authorsden.com/visit/author.asp?AuthorID=5012 |

:::NoDs WhiLE TeArs FlOw::: In sanctuary reevaluating The special made garden in sorrow That blossoms so much inside But wilts so in the beating heart of reality But the struggle inside in introspection Continues on its course of inspiration I feel that I am not "worthy" of this first post, but know that poem touched me as one never has... ~Rayne The strands in your eyes |
