Lightly stepped into the garden of the wild Fallen in the greener grasses, favored child Set among the posies pretty and the sky so blue Slept beneath the newborn moon covered by the dew Crisp the morning still to waken of the chit and chatter Fast to reach the eagle eye for only what does matter Slipped into the shiver of a stream from high above Sat upon the honeysuckle wind in beams of love Lightly met of every day a fragile gift indeed Fattened at the table dined of each eternal seed Scent of lilac permeated meadow of the morn Sent this golden invite as a precious life adorn Copyright Kkh 5/19/02 |
