To Ecuador the surgeons went to save the children there giving them a sense of hope to provide them with their care. Such a sadness was felt inside while offering this great deed for only could they pick a few the ones with greatest need. Healing hearts and saving lives while watching others die surgeons, professionals one and all still fighting the tears that they cry. Unsung heroes, with caring souls wishing that they could give more giving their gift of healing touch to the children of Ecuador. {This is actually a true story based on a local news cast. A few great unsung heroes from Hershey Medical Center took it upon themselves to go there and help these children. It was a very emotional time for them. They truly are unsung heros. My thanks to them all……} Like a red brick, in a white wall somebodies brush forgot to paint... lonely....(as sung by Tracy Lawrence..) Noah, this piece of news touched me. The doctors were so full of emotion. The families waiting in the waiting room after traveling very long journeys just to see if their child would be picked. These doctors packed up and did this out of the kindness of their hearts. It was so EMOTIONAL!! Thank you for always taking the time to read Noah, and for your compassion. Hugs to you. Thanks Sey, and you are quite welcome. It is good to know that people out there still care, and aren't afraid to try to give that care in any way that they can. As always dear man, you are so appreciated. Hugs. Like a red brick, |

Sadly, there are too many children in too many countries that do not receive needed medical care. Thanks for sharing a story where a few did get medical care and TLC. These doctors are to be praised. |

I agree Kacy. The sad thing was they had to pick the ones with greatest needs while letting others walk away. To see these grown men cry and barely be able to speak was such a moving experience. Thanks bunches and good to see you again!! Like a red brick, |

Sadly this is one story when there should be hundreds. You recorded this one so well, I just wish there were more. |

Thank you for posting this Donna. It is such a sad story and how we all wish it were just fiction. These doctors are truly heros.... and my heart goes out to the little ones left behind. ~Hugs~ ~Somewhere in my heart I'm always |

Donna, thank you very deeply for taking the time and compassion to write a poem which says much for those who have helped some survive... IF only more could be done for all of the third world problems and for those less fortunate... We should count our blessings.. |
