I shedded my obstinate
naviety, realised I was
the merciless one

should I apologise?
my delayed conscience says
I should
but your whereabouts unknown~
I flushed you out
of my mind a
long time

So many times, the things we should have said come to us too late to do any good... other times, we have the perfect cutting response... only to rue its outburst later.

I like the paradox of this one... if we don't remember, how can we regret? *S*

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Heng, you are never alone, sweet friend, I too find it so strange how we seem to remember what we regret most of all and how our mind doesn't register that moment of forgiveness immediately when it isn't too late and triggers us by fear to reserve that option when it is too little too late! (sigh) This is very well-expressed, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Heng, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

suthern,

great question you asked there...sometimes, when i am too jaded and weary to care, i think that remembrance is such a burden..but of course, the ability to regret is what makes us human...

sven, thanks for the approval..

Noah, oh yes, sometimes our mind can be a little retarded, ya ..i guess what we can do is to remain constantly alert so that we limit the chances of hurting others...

thanx all for sharing your thoughts on this one
