Shall feel the moment of a touch
when a soft kiss grazes
within the dreams of lover’s clutch
as trail of fingers traces

Find the beating heart of a chest
the throb of crimson flow
Fuel the hot flame of sultry crest
as lovers feel the glow

Does the instance of one’s embrace
bring of the soul the fire
Will the quiet of time erase
heat of passion’s desire

Can one’s core retain love given
as countless days go by
where emptiness does now live in
the blindness of the eye.

Where once the course of heart was felt
from treasured moments past
a pair of hearts the cards once dealt
hand folding......the deal passed.

Hello Barry

You weave such magic with your marvellous words of love and romance.  I hang off every word you write and only wish I had time to read them all.  This was so tender and overflowing with all things romantic.

Take care.....Sue

Magnus darling boy you are a weaver of stars incandescent dreams WOW this is utterly utterly perfect you’ve written an absolutely fabulous poem here. The flow of thought in this is wonderful and the rhyme absolutely divine. This is I think one of your utter utter best. You are always an excellent writer this is utterly utterly superb.

Exceptional writing of amazing beauty and such sadness, I know exactly where this is flowing from, I feel it the well spring within too. You really are the absolute crème de la crème

Truly excellent writing, I love it utterly utterly utterly.

one kiss of his mouth,
one touch of his hand
than an eternity without it.
