Inspired by Phaedrus For no glass filled with less content Should thy ghost of Shakespeare drain As all platitudinous poets of this earth Shall suffer solitude and lonesome’s pain So sang the writer, lean fingers black For by ink his heart still wept in vain As ethereal ghosts from all past days Rancor his ear with his own name And he writes to please, fulfill his Muse He waits for her to shine him bright For her face to show more than enthuse He pens that she might glow inward light He fills again a glass with more of less content Praying good Will would tap his brain He hunches shoulders in forward bent Suffering in solitude and lonesome’s pain He would, by Will, plead his Muse, she to stay Her pleasure sought, his heart inks, night, to day |

Phae and Will shall be honored Im sure When your own emptiness is all thats getting through |
