At night, I wait next to napping, holding up a creased picture of our times together. It keeps me. on my bed breathless simply by exuberating to me, ( oak trees, where first kiss kissed. somehow Maryland touches once again ) me on my bed. I think of childhood again, daffodil smiles in our fields; even the dandelions were pretty. Our dog Wolfgang died one summer, I cried over him, too. Mother told me a picture is worth a thousand words. I can't seem to find mine. Maybe only tears will do. [This message has been edited by Streen (05-10-2002 10:21 PM).] |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Derek, this is soooooo beautifully bittersweet, sweet friend, I believe pictures are worth more than a thousand words but also motivates us with love and hope to carry on with their words close at heart! (sigh) This is excellent, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Derek, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! I like the feel of this, the empty spaces filling in with wandering thoughts |
