Poems of the heart Written for love, it’s true But what can describe The overwhelming love That I hold for you is far too rare in this world It mustn’t be cheapened By heavy handed words There is so much I could say But I can only say this I love you with all of my heart Each day I cherish always For you bring happiness eternal Where dark sadness once stood You are the dawn amidst a sea of twilight My beautiful rose in a field of sand I do not know what holds for me In this dark and cruel world But I know this is certain You, my beautiful angel Will hold my heart always As I will treasure yours And these three words Sometimes taken for granted Can sum up all my emotions Every last description of what I hold true My angel… I love you… Fear destroys the mind, depression destroys the soul... only love and compassion may save you from death. |
