I may not be dripping in diamonds
And I'm certainly not a millionaire
But I do have something of value
My love that I wish to share

Some find it difficult to display affection
They keep their feelings locked inside
But my words of love flow freely
For my feelings I cannot hide

You can lavish me with gifts
Or a bright red shiny car
But such things are of little importance
The gift of love is much better by far

From my heart I'll send my love
And cast it far across the sea
And hopefully just like a boomerang
You'll send your love straight back to me
