Hey You!

Ow! Ow! Ow!
You’re blinding me
You great big ball of gas!
But I gotta tell ya,
I love it, I love it, I love it!

You crystal up
the dew drops,
you sparkle up the lawn.
You brighten up the hours
and lighten up the dawn.

You call flora and fauna
to a state of readiness
in glory and honor
they beam an eye caress.

It’s as if the world of nature
has nothing more to do
than stand at rapt attention
and pay honor just to you.

And I will praise your Creator
for loveliness that abounds
the way the day unfolds
and the happiness I’ve found.

(smiles) This is the most perfect Sunday blessing poem, sweet friend, may we all be blessed by the many gifts He offers us and honor all that Mother Nature gives and respect her! (kiss on cheek) This is wonderful, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Virginia, thank you for sharing!

Forgive me...I know better. And this is indeed a poem that bursts on the page. I just couldn't keep my smart mouth shut.

Imagine how bleak our world would be if we
did not have that bright light waking us
each day...and showing us all the beauty
that abounds around us...
