For months I have been trying to upload a new photo, even when I make the photo as small as possible and within the guidelines, it still will not work, could you please set me straight. Sincerely Rick |

Make sure it's a .jpg format...make sure it's 100x150 pixels and that it's saved on your hard drive. You can email it to me and I'll resize it or try to upload it after checking those three things.  |
