Fresh Chocolate

In search of a woman
in desire of chocolate kiss.
I met a woman in search
of chocolate bliss.
I told her all about
chocolate kisses and ask
her point of view.
She said, "That does
sound like fun.
I only have a minute but
I'd like to try a few."
Silly me, we didn't
get too far.
I quickly realized
I'd left my chocolate
in the car.
And in the hot Hawaiian sun
the chocolate had melted and
spoiled all our chocolate fun.
She smiled and said, "This is
not a problem for us at all.
When you get some more chocolate
just give me a call."
She gave me her number
and then she had to run.
I headed for Long's Drug
Store to buy fresh chocolate
to replace the melted one's.

She was right that in Hawaii chocolate was not needed ...!

Tasty poem, James. I sure wish I was in Hawaii with melted chocolate. Mine would be frozen into solid ice.(Coincides with my love life, I guess)
