There are times I play
within my mind,
games of thought.
No war is fought,
just simple moments
filled with peace.

I've often wished
for more of these,
transparent wishes
turned to dreams,
playing in mind it seems,
looking to be reality.

That is now my malady...

Traversing lines of idiom
gleaned from myriad medium
I'm accosted with visions
filled with derision,
looking, again looking
for the road out of mind.

wonderful poem. It sounds like you have a lot of thoughts in your head. I do as well. I hope you find that road, heck, I hope I find it too.
