He Still Cares
~ By Sue ~

I heard the sound of thunder clouds
Loud enough to shake the house
Lightening struck so close to me
I think it was coming from the south

The dogs were hiding under the bed
Alot of good they were to me
They barked at every noise they heard
Even though there was nothing to see

I stepped outside to take a look
Not a leaf was blowing on the trees
There was only stillness out in the air
I could not feel a single breeze

I think it must have been God above
Letting us know he was still there
And no matter what we have done
He wanted us to know ~ he still cares

Amen, yes, He is still there
He tends to remind me with shooting stars at the moments I last want Him to.
But thats a long story
Love it.

Thank you all for your kind and encouraging replies. I have never recieved as much encouragment from anyone before, as I have recieved from all of you. If I had, maybe I might have accomplished more than I have in my life.

Sue,
Good selection. And, as you know, he'll always care. Here's my vote.
