This song plays on like a series of bells. The Sunday air rent by motions of air. Big heavy shapes colliding with waves. This song plays on like a series of bells. In a series of churches condemned on the street. A series of pews collect brightened waves of sounds from the summer pressing to panes in iron-dark tones and road weary sun. Staining the glass the color of wait. It's a color without presence or need. A color that turns the tongues of the sun to the snow of the moon and the seat of the sea. This song plays on like a series of bells. The Sunday night rent by motions of air. Light silver moon reflects on the beach. We drink to this song as it plays on. I know it's over. |

Heh heh. Glad you enjoy the poem and the pic. The poem came to me after hearing "Just Like Heaven" by the Cure on the radio -- a song that holds special meaning. And the picture was too strange not to share. Plastic Brain Eater |

(smiles) Oh my gosh, I LOVE The Cure, their videos are some of the strangest I've ever seen but that is what makes them unique and I love that! (big hugggssssss) as for that picture, hehehe, your poetry sure is inspiring brain food, hehehe, I love the cleverness in it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Michael, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

*cowers in her corner* sometimes I question whether I truly belong amongst great creative masterpieces such as this..and great poets such as you..no seriously..I'm being honest..and brutually harsh on meself..*sigh* grr on my insecurities!!! blah If at first you don't succeed destroy all the evidence that you tried. |

Glad you enjoyed this view, Janet. Ceinwyn, nonsense. We all have our place. And if you ever feel like you're taking yourself to seriously, find a really stupid photo of yourself and make it your pip image. |
