My Island Sweet

Upon beach chairs
beneath swaying palm trees
two lovers enjoy a
fresh ocean breeze.

A ginger lei
washes to shore
to kiss the feet
of her that I adore.

As lei and waves
gently kiss her feet
I kiss the lips
of my island sweet.
