What could I possibly say? when it
Rears its ugly head
It makes me crazy, deleting and
Taking away all my ideas
Entertaining the notion that I
Really have nothing in my head
Surely I am creative enough

Believing and hoping i'll be
Lucky to even write something good
Or that I can even move on from this
Can I finish this poem
Knowing that I know nothing?

Looks like you know more than you are admitting.
