The Most Beautiful Place

Walking on the old jeep trail
my mind wanders back to the times
when you walked along with me.
You loved the beauty of nature.
The flora, the trees and the flowers.
The valley streams and the mountain rain
that brings life into this beautiful place.
And I loved to watch you performing just for me.
And I loved the beautiful smile on your face.
For it was you and your smile that made
this the most beautiful place.

Even the underground can become a beautiful place when your eyes watch such a performance.
