The impotent giant has fallen from his pedestal in the square. The regime of utter terror will no longer be found there. The people now are dancing, they are cheering in the streets. They are using the fallen icon to wipe the dirt from their feet. Freedom was the golden plan release from oppression's hold, you see the people smiling now where once they weren't so bold. A people now can breathe a sigh for liberty has come in war. This the goal of the coalition, and what they were fighting for. WhiteRose 04/09/03 |

Anne, I'm looking at the news, too. Don't the people from Iraq look happier? I thought so, too. Hugs, Ethel |

Yes Anne... and the coalition did it's very best to keep the "collateral damage" to a minimum... certainly better than what they had to live with in their past, and what was threatening all of us, and our childrens future... thank you! |

Ethel, yes they do. I couldn't help but be touched by their liberation dance. They seemed to be happy to be out from under the thumb of a dictator. Thank you for reading dear lady. |

Sunshine, I agree. It was never the intention of the coalition that any civilians should perish in this war. Thank you for reading and responding. |
