In this world of turmoil I have found a sensitive soul One that offers me the comfort that I just can't find on my own He has been there through every adventure with his profound wisdom, strength, and smile I have found someone who cares and with him I can face every trial I have found the best friend we all wish for The opposite that has cleary attached And when they all say I should be with him I shake my head slowly no, I love him on a whole different level and for him I write this ode. For how does one say thank you, for too many times to count, I am afraid I am not too good with numbers, but that of course has never been his fault. So I am writing now the words, that even I the public speaker can't say, I love him, not in that way or theirs, but in ours for forever and two days. To him I now make this promise, I will be there through all of his strife and even if my smile may not be as bright as his I will be his best friend for life.
