A Trembling Leaf |

Like a leaf trembling in the wind; so my heart trembles at the very thought of you moving away from me, at the very suggestion that we might be separated from each other. I am a leaf attached: attached to the branch of our love, attached to the flow of Love's blanched photosynthesis. The wind gently rocking with the sway of its breath causing my heart to flutter. Each golden drop of the Sun's fragmented rays filtering through the green of my leafy treasure. I listen for your song to bring my spirit pleasure. Yet, I stay attached to your strong limb, even as I tremble in the wind. [This message has been edited by Ivy Rose (04-01-2003 12:10 AM).] |

Ivy Rose - you have written this from a very soft heart, and I've read it in this writing. Best to you... BC |
