She took
the flower
from me,
folding the
last petal
into my hand
smiling
"she loves you.."

Raph, it amazes me how much meaning you can cram into so few words. You can turn a single sentence into a deep poem.I think you should publish.

Maybe it just comes from experience with relatives..if I had something to say I had to say it fast or lose their attention..it never worked either why do you think i write instead, got tired of conversations with the walls

A moment to be cherished! Daisy stripped naked .... in sacrifice to make you know you are loved.
With such devotion you can trust the result!

Awww. That's amazing. Just that small bit seems to tell an entire novel.

"I don't need to scream for you to deem me aggravation."

I close my eyes and there in the shadows I see your light
You come to me out of my dreams

Raph, you are becoming an expert at these...
with a lot said in so few words...
AND  the references to love.

BTW, you don't have to talk to the walls anymore......
you have lots of ears and hearts listening very carefully
to each word you say. You write so well that each word
has an enormous amount of meaning, and if not read carefully,
every word won't be heard the way you intend it to be.
Keep writng, friend.

Heart Hugs,
Ethel
