Recognition

I thank her from a wayward soul.
That helped me reach a wayside goal.
That rained a bail of empathy.
Without the hail of sympathy

That plucked a lily for daffodil.
And drank the nectar from my quill.
Blew embers from a dull to bright.
And lit a candle in my night.

I thank her for this day of sun.
This mental magic and its fun
The offer of a last delight
This rainbow road and phantoms flight

I would there were a way to do.
Reciprocate this kind of you.
Place a whim in passing time.
Perhaps a poem, perhaps a rhyme

Perhaps a rose without a thorn
To greet you every coming dawn

Good morning, Mr. T.!

No woman would ever have need of chocolates for show of appreciation and recognition, if she were to receive a poem such as this and the gift of yourself ---which to many of we members of your fan club--IS the rose without a thorn...

Love & Light and a whole bunch of hugs & stuff,
EA

Your muse by any of her given names
shall sit and spell you just the same
for you shall sit and rhyme with ease
for your muse, she would be pleased!

I missed coming in yesterday, Sy...
so I searched for you...
